Vertical World offers classes to learn to belay and climb. They have drop in sessions to climb once you have a certified person to belay. This would be a fun date to do with your spouse. It takes trust to climb and have some one belay you. What a great opportunity to share this experience with your spouse!

During your meal, write down 10 things each of you love about your spouse. (you can use a napkin!) We all love to hear why our spouse loves us. This also gives you some time to think about the things you love about your spouse.
